Our online courses help you prepare for AMEB Theory of Music exams. The self-guided courses consist of 12-15 video lessons and interactive online practice tests. The courses are suitable for learners of all ages.
1Visit SCORE, click ‘register and buy exams or courses’ and follow the prompts to register as an Account Holder.
2Login and click the ‘buy course’ option from the left-hand menu. Select your course, register the candidate’s details, and complete the checkout process.
3You will then receive an email receipt with a Course Key and Course Pin. These details are also available via your Account Holder profile.
4To access your online course, go to SCORE, click login as Course Candidate, and enter the Course Key and Course Pin as above.

The self-guided courses are made up of 15 pre-recorded video lessons accompanied by interactive online practice tests. These tests are graded and timed and can be used to measure the student’s progress as well as assist a student who may be preparing for an AMEB Theory exam. Students may progress through the material in any way they choose and may return to the lessons or tests at any time throughout the life of the course. There are no pre-requisites for the Grade 1 Online Theory of Music Course.
