But we understand that sometimes your order might not be quite what you wanted. So we’re happy to offer a refund for any items purchased through our online shop that are returned in as-new condition within 30 days of purchase.
You’ll be eligible for a refund if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and refund you within a week if your return is approved.
Refunds will be processed to the Paypal account or card that you used to purchase your item. It can take up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
You’ll need to organise and pay for your item to be shipped back to us. Please contact us before sending an order back so we can note your details, and include your name and order number in the package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
