Digital Product Access

Digital products are PDF files that you can download. We don’t send hard copies of digital products.

When you buy a digital product from us, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. In the email you’ll find a link to download the digital products that you bought.

You can also find your digital products by logging in to your account. Once you’re logged in, click on “My Downloads” from the menu on the left, and you’ll find a list of all the digital products you’ve bought. Click download to save your purchase to your device.

You’re welcome to print out digital products for your personal use.

When you’re browsing the shop, you’ll see that all of our digital products include the word "PDF" or "MP3" in a bubble on the image. When you’ve purchased a digital product, it will appear in your confirmation email as either "PDF" or "MP3."

Once you’ve purchased a digital product from our online shop, it will always be available in your shop account. Simply log in (if you haven’t already), go to the My downloads page under My account, and click on the product to download it. You can do this anytime you like, and as many times as you like, as long as it’s always for your own personal use.

You can also download your digital product by following the link in your order confirmation email.

All of our digital download products are for personal use only. You must not share or distribute any past exam papers or syllabuses that you’ve purchased, as they’re for use by one person only.
