Music Craft syllabus covers the theoretical and aural aspects of music.
Grade 1 expands upon the strong foundation established in Preliminary. Students will take significant steps in their musical journey, including learning to identify scales and intervals, mastering simple rhythmic dictation, and exploring basic chords (triads on tonic and dominant).
Grade 1 introduces candidates to the world of woodwind instruments and introduces questions based on a piece of music chosen from the Grade 1 Set Works.
