Shipping and delivery

We ship anywhere in Australia and for overseas delivery, please see International Orders for more information.

Standard shipping is $8.50AUD per order or free if your order $125AUD or over (not including digital products).

We’re also happy to offer Express Post, which costs $14.95AUD per order.

If you select the Express Post option and place your order before 12pm AEST on a business day, we’ll ship it on the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the following business day. For delivery addresses within Australia Post’s Express Post network, normally, your parcel will arrive on the next business day. However, deliveries are taking longer than usual at the moment due to COVID-19, and Australia Post has temporarily suspended its guarantee of next-day delivery.

If you select standard shipping on your order, we’ll usually ship it within 1-2 business days. Normally your parcel would arrive within 3-5 business days however, again, COVID-19 is impacting delivery times, so please allow a few extra days.

If you need your item urgently, we encourage you to select Express Post as it continues to be the fastest delivery option. You can also purchase from one of our retailers.

Whilst we’d love to see you in person, we can’t offer face-to-face collection from our warehouse or office.

Of course! Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us immediately at 1300 725 709, and we’ll do our best to amend it before it’s sent out to you.

Sometimes we’ll send your order out in more than one parcel, depending on the availability of stock. If that happens, we’ll include a note in your first parcel so that you know the rest of your order is still coming.
